The Telangana Housing Board is intending to construct MIG 800 Sft & 1000 Sft plinth areaHOUSING SCHEME at Venture III, Phase IV, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally. Interested applicants have to give their expression of interest to register their names by paying 10% of the Notified Cost with application fee as mentioned below in the form of demand draft in favour of the Director (EDS), E-seva, C/o Executive Engineer, Western Division, A.P. Housing Board payable at Hyderabad. The name registration fee will be adjusted in the total cost to be paid, in case the applicant is successful in the drawal of lots. The application fee will not be refunded in either case may be.
The Last Date for sale and filled-in application forms along with registration fee is : 06-02- 2019 up to 5.00 P.M. and for
Serving Defence Personnel is : 20-02-2019 up to 5.00 P.M.
Income Limit of Applicant : Rs. 15,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month for MIG

Telangana Housing Scheme 2015 Payment Schedule
→ 10% of Notified cost along with the application→ 20% within Two months from the date of issuing of allotment
→ 20% within Six months from the date of issuing of allotment
→ 20% within 10 months from the date of issuing of allotment
→ 20% within 14 months from the date of issuing of allotment
→ 10% within 18 months from the date of issuing of allotment or on completion of the scheme whichever is earlier
Application forms can be downloaded from the TELANGANA HOUSING BOARD website at “www.hb.telangana.gov.in” or “www.aphb.gov.in” and filled in applications are to be sent to the Executive Engineer, Western Division, Telangana Housing Board, 4th Floor, APHB Commercial Complex, Opp. Siva Parvathi Theater, Kukatpally Main Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500 072, along with 10% of Notified cost PLUS cost of application form (Non- refundable).
Final cost will be informed after completion of the scheme, the difference cost has to be paid by the Allottee.
This Scheme is taken under A.P. Housing Board (Allotment, Management and Sale of HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS) Special scheme Regulations, and amendments made from time to time shall be applicable.
